The SRCS Middle School Cross Country team is open to both boys and girls who enjoy running. There are no tryouts, and no prior experience is necessary. Any student who wants to participate is welcome to join the team.
Practices will take place on and around the SRCS campus from 3:00 PM to 4:45 PM. Meets will be held at courses throughout Palm Beach County, where our team will compete against other local schools.
For practices, students will wear running shoes and SRCS-issued athletic or PE shorts and a shirt. For meets, students will be given a uniform that will be returned at the end of the season. The first practice will be on Monday, August 24. The full practice and meet schedule will be posted to the student's FACTS account at a later date.
The $200 athletic participation fee will be applied to the student's FACTS account.
