Elementary Intramural Volleyball gives 4th and 5th grade girls the opportunity to learn the game, develop their skills, and compete in a fun, friendly, and encouraging environment. The program is led by SRCS Varsity Volleyball Coach Aun with the assistance of middle school varsity players. No prior experience is necessary! Whether your daughter is new to volleyball or has played before, this program is designed to help her grow and enjoy the game.
The program consists of six sessions (dates listed below). Each session will take place in the SRCS gym from 3:00 PM to 4:45 PM. Dismissal will be from 4:45 PM to 5:00 PM in front of the gymnasium. Students who have not been picked up by 5:00 PM will be taken to Aftercare.
After school, an SRCS employee will escort participants from their classrooms to the gym.Students may change into athletic attire in the gym locker room before each session. They should wear shorts and a shirt that meet SRCS standards for appropriateness, along with athletic shoes. Knee pads are recommended but not required.
The $150 intramural participation fee will be applied to the student's FACTS account at a later date.
